Chef Shahin Afsharian Campuzano fo Salati Italian Street Food

Executive Chef Shahin Afsharian-Campuzano holds a master’s degree in hospitality and gastronomy. He has worked as a chef in French and English embassies in Mexico City, at Havana Blue in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and Elway’s Steak House. He worked under Michelin-starred Chef Joel Robuchon in Monte Carlo and Italy, where his passion for amazing Italian food took flight.
